Terms of Use

1. Agreement and Apple’s terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Woseps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. The agreement is between you and Enes Sakut, not Apple.

These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple’s Standard EULA and mandatory consumer law control where required.

2. What Woseps provides

Woseps offers video captioning, translation, caption styling, AI voice and dubbing, noise reduction, script assistance, teleprompter recording, and supported exports. Availability, formats, languages, quality, and usage limits can vary by feature, device, operating-system version, and subscription status. Cloud features require an internet connection.

3. License and ownership

Subject to these Terms and Apple’s Usage Rules, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control. The app, design, templates, software, and branding remain the property of the developer or applicable licensors.

You retain ownership of the content you import or create. You authorize the access and processing needed to carry out your requests, including transmission of relevant audio or text to our service providers for cloud features as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consents needed for media you process or publish, including copyright, publicity, voice, and privacy rights.

4. Review generated results

Automated captions, translations, scripts, and generated speech can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or affected by recording quality, accents, language support, or service performance. Review generated results before publishing or relying on them.

Do not rely on generated content for medical, legal, emergency, financial, accessibility-compliance, or other high-stakes decisions without qualified human review.

5. Free access and usage limits

Any complimentary access, promotional credit, or trial is subject to the eligibility and limits shown in the app. Promotional access is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may change or be withdrawn before use. Pro features and cloud generation can have usage limits; a subscription does not promise unlimited processing.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Available plans, storefront prices, billing periods, offers, and trial eligibility are shown before purchase. The Apple purchase sheet provides the terms that apply to your purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account through the App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in time under Apple’s terms. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting Woseps does not cancel your subscription.
• Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before it ends; Apple recommends canceling at least 24 hours before the end of a free or discounted trial.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Woseps to:

• Break the law or violate another person’s rights.
• Create or distribute unlawful or abusive content.
• Misrepresent a person’s speech, voice, or identity in a harmful or deceptive way.
• Bypass subscriptions, usage limits, security controls, or technical restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, redistribute, resell, or exploit the app except where applicable law permits it.
• Interfere with Woseps, the App Store, or related service providers.

8. Availability and changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features. Models, language support, exports, and third-party services may be unavailable at times. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device, codec, file, or future operating-system version. Analytics and diagnostics may be used as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranties and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of content, lost profits, or publication decisions arising from generated content or exports. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.

10. Ending use and governing terms

You may stop using Woseps at any time. Your right to use the app may end if you materially violate these Terms. Terms that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, continue to apply.

Applicable law governs these Terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. Apple’s Standard EULA and applicable Apple Media Services terms also apply to App Store use.

11. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms as the app or law changes. The updated date identifies this revision. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
